Reservations

For availability, please call or email the restaurant or book online. We can cater for parties from one to ten. For bookings of five guests or more, please contact us directly.

Guests are required to provide a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person by credit card to secure their reservation. This will be deducted from your bill at the end of your meal or retained by us in the event that your reservation does not go ahead, for whatever reason.

Please note we offer the following tasting menus only. We have no à la carte menu.

Tuesday – Friday evening – 6 course tasting menu

Saturday evening – 8 course tasting menu

Thursday, Friday & Saturday lunch – 4 course tasting menu

If we have no availability when you hoped to reserve, please join our Wait List. We will contact you should a table become available closer to or on the day. Please email us at reservations@catchattheoldfishmarket.com confirming the date, number of guests, your name and telephone number.*

We apologise but we cannot cater for younger children, accordingly we do not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under 12 years of age.

The restaurant is open:

Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday
Seating between 6.00pm and 9.30pm, restaurant closes at midnight.

Lunch: Thursday to Saturday only
Seating between 12.00pm and 1.30pm, restaurant closes at 3.30pm.

Dietary requirements

With advance notice, we are delighted to offer both vegetarian and vegan tasting menus. As these menus are individually planned and prepared, we regret they are not available to walk-in guests or those with reservations made on the day.

Please mention any dietary requests before making your reservation.

Food allergies

If you, or a member of your party, suffer from a severe food allergy, please let us know when making your reservation. Guests with food allergies should be aware that although we take great care, we do not operate a nut free kitchen.

Cancellation policy

When you reserve with us, you are required to provide a deposit of £20 per person by credit card. This will be deducted from your bill at the end of your meal or retained by us in the event that your reservation does not go ahead, for whatever reason. However, we do understand that the unexpected sometimes happens and will always do our best to re-arrange your reservation if time allows.

Service Charge

A 10% service charge will be added for all parties of eight guests or more.

Children

We apologise but we cannot cater for younger children, accordingly we do not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under 12 years of age.

We do not operate a dress code but ask that guests dress with consideration for other diners.

We regret that, with the notable exception of assistance dogs, dogs are not otherwise allowed in the restaurant.

* Our Wait List operates on a first come, first served, basis, subject to the number in your party. We do not guarantee to contact you should a table become available. If we are unable for any reason to contact you, we may offer the table to the next in line on the list.
